Summary of heat metering project in Jilin Province

Puts forward some problems needing attention in implementation of heat metering, including considering heat metering from the angle of the whole heating system, improving the technical route to heat metering, regulating the market of heat metering device and adopting more appropriate measuring methods. Compares the advantages and disadvantages of four heat metering methods, and points out the application scope of each method.
